We kindly inform you that the webshop does not provide all types of appointments and examinations, for instance controll checks. If you cannot find the service you are looking for, please contact our Call Center at +36 1 225 0566.
In accordance with legal regulations, we must provide data to the EESZT*. All Hungarian citizens are required to provide their TAJ* and, to protect their data, a credible proof of their identification - in the absence of these, we are unable to provide any services. For non-Hungarian citizens, who do not have a TAJ number, the number of their travel document or European Health Insurance Card will be recorded.
Please note that our Health Centers are not barrier-free. We recommend you to acquire information about barrier-free possibilities via our Call Center.

Preparations for X-ray examinations
General x-ray examination is not available for children under the age of 4.
X-ray examinations do not require any preparation, you are allowed to eat and drink, and our patients can take their regular medications. The body part being examined must be exposed and you must remain still during the X-ray examination so that any movement does not impair the quality of the image. Before taking the examination, metal accessories – necklaces, earrings, watches, piercings, etc. – must be removed from the body.
Preparations for Ultrasound examinations
Our general ultrasound examinations do not require any special preparation, except for abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. The body part being examined must be exposed for the duration of the examination. If you have previous diagnosises, please bring them with you.
Preparation for an abdominal-pelvic ultrasound examination
- you must fast for 6 hours before the examination,
- only non-carbonated water may be consumed on the day of the examination,
- fluid consumption is mandatory because the examination requires a full bladder,
- the last bladder emptying should take place 2-3 hours before the examination,
- avoid foods that may cause bloating the day before the ultrasound examination,
- remove any navel piercing or other body jewelry from the abdomen before the examination
- consumption of coffee, milk, fibrous or sugary soft drinks, smoking, chewing gum causes intestinal gas and the emptying of the gallbladder, which may even make the examination ineligible.
