Please note that the conditions of a finalized booking (such as the date, the location or the booked service) can not be modified neither on webshop nor on the spot.

We kindly inform you that the webshop does not provide all types of appointments and examinations, for instance controll checks. If you cannot find the service you are looking for, please contact our Call Center at +36 1 225 0566.

Imaging Diagnostics Information

We would like to inform you that if the imaging examination takes place after 2:00 p.m. on a Friday or before a public holiday, the result will be sent no later than 4:00 p.m. on the first working day following the examination.

If you choose Panoramic X-ray, please select "Without evaluation" option from extra services!

Important Notice for Underage Patients

Please note that if you wish to book specialist care for a child under the age of 18, please select the Pediatric Care option on the webshop homepage, except if you would like to book an X-ray, which can be done here. In this case, we can provide services to children under 18 only with parental accompaniment or with X-ray consent form authenticated by two witnesses.

Telephone Consultation Information

Please note that if you provide a Hungarian phone number, our doctor will call you 3 times, for 1 minute each time at the booked appointment. If you have entered a non-Hungarian phone number on your profile, please call our Call Center at +36 1 225 0566 at the booked time, and your call will be forwarded to the doctor.
