Has any doctor prescribed this medicine in the last three months?
I accept that the information I have provided is true. I have had an examination with the Swiss Medical doctor of my choice in the last 3 months (90 days) and the medicine I have just requested has been prescribed at that examination. Due to incorrect information being provided, Swiss Medical is not obliged to prescribe the medicine. In this case, no refund will be given. Our doctor will consider the prescribability of the drug based on professional considerations. If the above is not met, Swiss Medical Hungary Zrt. has no obligation to reimburse part or all of the fee.
